Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday as well as Saturday, Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

To help assure on –time delivery on busy holidays please order at least the day before.

We deliver 3 times daily to Ottawa and the surrounding communities. We will do everything we can to meet your delivery request, we can guarantee same day on orders that are received by noon. Delivery charges start at $9:00 for local deliveries as well, we do offer limited delivery service on most Sundays (please call to check availability).

As a member of Teleflora we can also look after your delivery requests across Canada or internationally as well.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product contact us within 24 hours and we will make every effort to replace the product to your satisfaction.

     

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
